Welcome to bharattaxicab. By using our travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
• Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
• Prices are subject to change depending on travel dates, vehicle type, or special requests.

2. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation before 48 hours from the journey start time is eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

3. Responsibilities of Passengers

• Passengers must behave respectfully with drivers and staff during the journey.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by misconduct will be chargeable.
• Passengers must carry valid identity proof during travel.

4. Delays & Liability

• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or natural calamities.
• Arora Saab Tour & Travel is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the trip in case of unavoidable circumstances.

5. Changes to Terms

• We may revise these terms from time to time without prior notice.
• Updated terms will be available on our website or on request.
